Robert Gould, who founded Forensic Accounting & Consulting, LLC, has a long career and experience as a CPA and specializes in forensic accounting.
A native Alabamian and graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in accounting, he was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U. S. Army as an air defense artillery officer. After military service, he began his career with the Montgomery, AL, CPA firm of Wilson, Price, Barranco & Billingsley. In 1982 he was admitted as a shareholder of the firm, which merged in 2012 with Warren Averett, LLC.
Mr. Gould currently serves on the boards of the Montgomery Airport Authority and the Montgomery Area Committee of 100 (Chamber of Commerce). He is a former chairman of the Montgomery Business Committee for the Arts, former president of a large social organization, and has served on various other civic & charitable boards throughout his career. For over 40 years, he has served as Treasurer of his Church.
Mr. Gould and his wife, Laurie, enjoy spending time at their vacation home in Innerarity Point, Florida. They have three children and several grandchildren.
